Sponsorship requirements
All sponsorship
partnerships have to be concluded by a signed contract. This
guarantees your commitment to
NYRES - 2009,
and ours to you. It details your package, the benefits and the
payment terms.

We require your
corporate logos in jpeg format (minimum 300 dpi resolution) for
placement on our web site and for all media channels

We require a 100
word corporate profile with web address and hyperlink

We require speaker
(s) biographies and jpeg photos (minimum 300 dpi resolution)

We require direct
marketing cooperation with your sales and marketing staff to send
out brochures to your client base or via email pushes

We require a
testimonial as to why you are sponsoring

We require time and
opportunity to discuss subjects and topic areas for the agenda and
to provide material once this has been decided and agreed upon
